 2. Bring a prepared piece of a classical nature and be ready for sight  
 reading. A pianist will be  provided.&nbsp\;\nNow in its 52nd  season\, 
 the Chorale is an auditioned adult chorus of approximately 40 singers  p
 erforming throughout Southeast Michigan. Each year it produces its own s
 ubscription concert series and hires out  to orchestras\, churches\, and
  other concert series. The Cantata Academy Chorale has appeared  with ev
 ery major orchestra in the metropolitan Detroit area\, including the  De
 troit Symphony Orchestra. In  addition\, from 1973 through 2005\, the Ch
 orale has made biennial tours to  Europe.&nbsp\; Plans for the next tour
  are  underway. The Chorale's Music  Director and Conductor is Susan Cat
 anese\, a gifted and experienced choral  conductor recently retired from
  Chippewa Valley Schools\, where she was named  Outstanding High School 
 Educator of the Year for Macomb County.  The  Chorale holds weekly rehea
 rsals during the concert year (normally September to  June) on Sunday ev
