"It topples governments, wrecks marriages, ruins careers, busts reputations,
causes heartaches, nightmares, indigestion, spawns suspicion, generates grief,
dispatches innocent people to cry in their pillows. Even its name hisses. It's
called gossip. It makes headlines and headaches."  I read this recently on Pinterest and though about the grief gossip causes.  From little kids to the most "senior" of our society, nobody is immune.  Like any good "movement" small changes have to start with one person at a time.  I challenge you this fine Monday to see if you can go an ENTIRE DAY without initiating or entertaining others in gossip.  Oh and take just a moment to imagine what the world would be like if no one engaged in gossip?  It's almost too hard to even imagine and how sad is that?  Be the "why" that inspires the "how."  Set the example today and join me, won't you neighbor?
