Whiz kids (and faculty): Students and faculty from Macomb Community College.
Whiz kid's accomplishment: Nearly 450 students and faculty from Macomb Community College volunteered on Martin Luther King Day at locations across Macomb County including Gleaners in Warren, and installing a new furnace in the home of a sick, blind woman in St. Clair Shores who had been without heat for more than a week.
