Happy 2012!

In the spirit of the new year, the Food Fight has resolved to ask a healthy question: Where is the best place for vegetarian food in Macomb County?

You can let us know by leaving a comment below. This week you may submit comments until 5 p.m. Wednesday.

From there, we will take the top three nominees and post in an article first thing Thursday morning. Then it will be time to vote again to decide the Food Fight champion.

Voting will continue until Friday at 5 p.m. Then, on Saturday morning, we will announce the winner.

So show your hometown pride and pick a place near you. Boast about that small family restaurant with the mouth-watering vegetarian chili or that Mediterranean eatery with the best hummus and pita bread around.
