It’s chili time.

Each week on Food Fight, Patch asks you to give us your choices for the best places to eat, drink and be merry.

You’ve told us your picks for pizza and hamburgers, and this week Patch would like you to tell us the best place to eat chili in Macomb County and Grosse Pointe.

You can let us know by leaving a comment below. You may submit comments until 5 p.m. Tuesday.

From there, we will take the top three nominees and post in an article first thing Wednesday morning. Then it will be time to vote again to decide the Food Fight champion.

Voting will continue until Friday at 5 p.m. Then, on Saturday morning, we will announce the winner.

So show your hometown pride and pick a place near you. Boast about that great restaurant or that super sports bar in your neighborhood.

Yup -- I already said it last week anticipating that this week's "Food Fight" would be over chili -- and like Quinn & Margie before me, Little Tony's is the tops (Carol's Famous Chili w/ a side of cheese, chopped onions, & sour cream if you really like to pile it on!)!!! You can order either a cup or a bowl -- a bowl is a meal in itself.

If you want to drive out a little farther or happen to be in the area, the Sugarbush Tavern (@ 21 Mile & Sugarbush) is a close number two.

I think it's gonna be Little Tony's two weeks running...
