What St. Clair Shores Roads Do You Want Repaired?

If your street is in need of work and didn't make the list of 2012 improvements, let us know.

St. Clair Shores officials plan construction on several roads this year, but it's impossible to get to every road in need of repair.

Construction crews will be heading into the neighborhoods with projects including:

  • Brys, Harper to Old 8 mile
  • Wood, Paloma to 10 Mile
  • Taylor, Waldron to Jewel (paid for through the dedicated millage)
  • Cubberness, 10 Mile to Statler (paid for through the dedicated millage)
  • L'anse, Harper to Mack (paid for through the dedicated millage)

If your street needs some repair and isn't included on the list of projects for this year, let us know. You can mark it on the map above by clicking "add" in the upper right-hand corner. To add a specific block, include one or more addresses from the section of street you're trying to highlight.

Thanks to the people who have added roads to the map - and if you do add a pin to the map, please leave a comment here to let us know.

I tried to readjust the pin that popped up based on my location description; but it stayed at the intersection of Chapoton and Englehardt....should be moved up the that semi circle portion of Edgewood St. that is BETWEEN Englehardt and Chapoton. (NOTE: Chapoton and Edgewood St. west of Marter was repaved in 2010) Sharon Wright-Guswiler 22800 Edgewood St.

This is a GREAT tool for documenting street repair requests! Hope it gets forwarded to the City.

Navigating this site, however, isn't really smooth; can't seem to correct something or see a post once entered.

Greater Mack, between 12 & 13 Mile is always a wreck. Lots of bumps and hard to ride on. They've made patch repairs, but it needs a complete overhaul.

One reader sent in this email: "Roy St. between 11 Mile Rd and Martin Rd is in very bad shape. We hope that it can be repaved very soon."
