The former Big Boy restaurant on the corner of Nine Mile and Jefferson closed in June and has undergone extensive renovation to become a Ram's Horn restaurant. Owner Larry Remington hopes to open the restaurant by late March, but he gave Patch a quick tour this week to show off the progress.

I am not sure if it will be open 24 hours. I believe the owner will have to go before City Council for permission.

Ed, correct, Council approval would be needed. Have not heard yet if it will be sought.
