St. Joan of Arc Festival Plans Weekend of Food, Rides and Entertainment
The annual St. Joan of Arc Spring Festival is a tradition for families in St. Clair Shores and the Grosse Pointes. Patch has a list of all the fun and events planned for the festival May 18-20.
Carnival rides, midway games, food and entertainment are just some of the many activities planned for the St. Joan of Arc Spring Festival.
Carnival rides
- Friday: Noon - 11 p.m.
- Ride bracelets available for $25 for noon - 6 p.m.
- Saturday: Noon - 11 p.m.

- Sunday: 1 pm - 8 pm
Bingo
- Friday: 6 - 11 p.m.

Vegas
The Vegas room is located school gym and has a $1 minimum bet. Participants must be at least 18-years-old play, and 21-years-old to drink.

- Soldiers, sailors, WAVES and WACS are invited to come dressed in uniform, with their medals, to enjoy big band music. There will be dance cards, queen for a day, a Sadie and Hawkins dance.

PAWS
The official mascot of the Detroit Tigers will be attending the St Joan of Arc Festival:

Specialty Meals
- Friday: Italian buffet dinner
- Catered by Marchiori Catering.
- Hours: 4 - 8 p.m.
- Menu Includes: Chicken breast with piccata sauce, Italian meatballs with tomato sauce, penne pasta with tomato and meat sauce, bow tie pasta with Alfredo Sauce, Antipasto salad with house and ranch dressing, and bread and butter.
- Price: $12 per dinner.
- Saturday: Mexican dinner night
- Catered by Salsaritas Fresh Cantina
- Hours: 4 - 8 p.m.
- Dinner includes either two soft or hard shell tacos (chicken or ground beef), Mexican rice, black beans and chips and salsa. Choice of toppings include: mild, medium or hot salsa, lettuce, cheese, tomato and sour cream. Or a nachos plate can be selected with chicken or ground beef, with queso cheese. Mexican rice or beans, if desired. Choice of toppings include: mild, medium and hot salsa, lettuce, cheese tomato and sour cream.
- Cost is $10 per dinner.
- The Mexican dinner will also be featuring the Charger Cooler Margarita which can be purchased in the food tent, cash only.
- Saturday late night snack
- Catered by Salsarita's Fresh Cantina in the the food tent.
- Hours: 8-10 p.m.
- Purchase in food tent only, cash only.
- Snack includes: Nachos plate of chicken or ground beef, with queso cheese. Choice of toppings include: mild, medium or hot salsa, lettuce, cheese, tomato and sour cream.
- Sunday morning: Brunch with Bugarin
- Catered by Marchiori Catering
- 9 a.m. - 12 noon
- Price: $8 for adults, $5 for children 4 - 8 years-old and children under 4-years-old are free.
- Sunday afternoon: Polish dinner
- Catered by Polish Village of Hamtramck
- Hours 3 - 7 p.m.
- Polish plate dinner includes city chicken, golabki (stuffed cabbage), meatballs, potato and cheese pierogi, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, cucumbers with sour cream and bread and butter.
- Price: $12 per dinner.
