Lakeview defeated cross-town rivals Lake Shore 32-22 Friday night in the final football city rivalry game of the season, according to mhsaa.com.
The win improves the Huskies to 1-7 on the season. Lake Shore falls to 2-6 this year.
Lakeview's final game of the year will be Oct. 19 at Grosse Pointe South. Lake Shore wraps up the season at home against L'Anse Creuse.
