Shores Bars to Host Pre-Thanksgiving Events
Drink specials and music are some of the events planned for the busiest bar night of the year.
College kids are coming home, family members are returning to the Shores and a long weekend is on tap for many folks -- it must be the night before Thanksgiving.
Across the Shores, bars and restaurants are planning for large crowds and fun for the big night.
Among the events and specials planned for the night include:
Blue Goose Inn: Danny D and the Vagabonds will be performing at 9:30 p.m.
The Boat Works: Will be hosting a Licor 43 party with a variety of promotions including mug giveaways. There will also be buckets of Bud Light specials.
G. Willies: $12 domestic buckets and $3 vodka drinks.
Colleens Irish Pub: Live music.
Sabby's: Barcadi specials for $3.25 and Bud Light draft pints for $1.75.
Pat O'Brien's: Will have beers on special and pumpkin pie martinis made with home-made pumpkin pie puree, white Godiva chocolate liquor and vanilla vodka.
Mike's on the Water: Drink specials and live music from Bill Long.
Waves: Music provided by a DJ and $4 mixed drinks in a yard glass.
Brownies on the Lake: Drink special and music from DJ Curtis.
Coyote Station: Will be offering $2 Coronas, $3 cherry bombs along with a DJ and dancing.
Shores Inn: Live music and drink specials.
Pepper Bottom's: One of the biggest parties in the Shores will be at Pepper Bottom's with radio station 89x, Sky vodka models and free drinks from Wonderland Tattoo.
