A 67-year-old St. Clair Shores resident was placed on five years probation for failing to register as a sex offender and failing to comply with reporting duties.
A 67-year-old St. Clair Shores man was sentenced this week to five years probation in Macomb Circuit Court for failing to register as a sex offender and failing to comply with reporting duties.
George Dombrosis plead guilty in 2011 to four counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct according to court records for molesting a 13-year-old neighborhood boy he tutored, according to a report in the Macomb Daily.
He was charged in 2012 with failing to register and comply with reporting duties and plead no contest in December to the new charges.
Defense attorney Dennis Johnston told the paper the violations were "minor oversights by his client."
