Too bad an armed homeowner wasn't waiting for this piece of garbage. Would have been better to see pic of this loser taking some bullets to the chest like any burglar should. SCS needs to get rid of scum like this.

Homer, although that sounds like a good end to a break in, in this day and age you cannot shoot at a burglar unless you feel your life is in danger.

My House in SCS was Robbed in 2010 and the man was also on tape walking up my drive way caught on a camera on my front porch at 1:30 in the morning. My daughter recognized him and even gave SCS Dectives his name and they called him and he said talk to my lawyer and hung up and I was told he has rights we can not make him come in for questioning and the case was dropped. He got about 10 thousand dollars of things out of my house and loaded them into my daughters car and took her car. Her car was found burned in SW Detroit near where his sister lives. So robbing my house and stealing a car to SCS Police is not worth even bothering with. I knew his name and where he lived and the SCS Police did nothing!
Dirty Harry where are you when I needed you. The police can not even make a suspect come in for questioning ??? It was not a rape or a armed robbery so they did nothing. The SCS police did not even try to contact this man for two weeks I called every day and was told "more Important cases came up"

Paul,
I'd love to know what detective you talked to...
Police have the right to question anyone they have probable cause on.
A name and personal recognition is more than probable cause.
That being said, anyone is entitled to a lawyer being present during questioning.
But saying "talk to my lawyer" will not deter any Detective from seeking justice.
They don't need to ask the lawyer to bring him in for questioning. They only need to advise him of his rights and allow a lawyer present for questioning...
