State Rep. Anthony Forlini, R-Harrison Township, spoke to an English literacy class Monday at St. Clair Shores Adult and Community Education.
Rep. Forlini fulfilled an invitation extended last year to speak to student about American government to students learning English.
Forlini previously represented St. Clair Shores in the Michigan House of Representatives and now represents a district that includes Harrison and Clinton townships.
Sarah Roberts currently represents St. Clair Shores in Lansing.
