Police catch St. Clair Shores man with his pants down
A St. Clair Shores man is awaiting a court appearance after he was caught urinating in public near the Palladium 12 Theatre. According to police reports, dispatchers using surveillance cameras caught the 25-year-old urinating on the wall of the Palladium at about 2 a.m. Nov. 11. Officers found the man and gave him a ticket.
