First State Bank has decorated both SCS branches with lights and garland on the outside of the buildings annually since Light the Shores began. But also each branch (even those outside of SCS) is decorated inside with fresh frocked trees purchased from Hall’s Nursery – thus keeping it local. In addition, the bank has been a Toys for Tots drop off location for years – with both customers and employees decorating under the tree with hundreds of gifts!

Both of First State Bank’s St. Clair Shores Branches have decorated the exterior of their branches with lights and garland for years. This is in addition to the decorations inside each branch that are adorned with live trees and fresh wreaths and garland, purchased from St. Clair Shores businesses.
