Miss Teen St. Clair Shores was named second runner-up Wednesday at the Miss Michigan's Outstanding Teen pageant in Muskegon.
Vanessa Chambe, a student at Kennedy Middle School, continued the recent success by contestants from the Miss St. Clair Shores Pageant.
Last year, Marissa Cowans was named Miss Michigan's Outstanding Teen. After a year of representing St. Clair Shores, Marissa passed on her crown Wednesday at the pageant.
