In Photos: New Mayor and Council Sworn In
Kip Walby took the oath of office Monday to become the new mayor of St. Clair Shores. City Counclmen Ronald Frederick, Anthony Tiseo and Chris Vitale were also sworn into office. The new council also selected Peter Rubino mayor pro tem.
