Help St. Clair Shores Create a New Slogan for the City
The city of St. Clair Shores is looking to create a new slogan for the city and has partnered with Patch to solicit submissions from residents.

How would you best describe the city of St. Clair Shores?
The city would like to know—it could be a chance for a creative resident to become a marketing superstar!
Currently the St. Clair Shores uses the slogan "This is MY City…St. Clair Shores, MI …a GREAT place to call home" on the marketing materials, municipal Facebook page and other publications for potential businesses and residents.
Now the city is looking for a new nickname, slogan motto or theme that best describes the City of St. Clair Shores.
Mary Jane D'Herde, St. Clair Shores communications director, said it should be something concise and something that would not only describe our city, but create conversation and questions.
The winner of the branding competition will receive a starring role in the city’s online Video Tourbook as well as a family pass for a year to the municipal pool and a family membership to the St. Clair Shores Country Club.
Submissions will be accepted on Patch or by emailing D'Herde until July 17.
The winner will be selected by the Communications Commission and your Patch editor.

o here is my vision
slogan:
Sun,Family, Food, Fun, Welcome to St. Clair Shores
And I don't have a graphic for it but I thought a sun with (4) pie shapes to represent
the Sun, Family, Food,Fun. It would be neat to have another contest and have our local artist of scs including school age
to each come up with a symbol or drawing to represent each "pie shape" of or our new slogan!!!!!!!!!

The Nautical Mile, boating, fireworks, family parks is the start of being in wonderland. Come visit and enjoy our hospitality here in "ST. CLAIR SHORES" A PLACE TO VISIT AND DREAM THAT YOU ARE IN WONDERLAND.
There could be in the back ground colorful fireworks, our splash park at Memorial Park, pictures of our Nautical Mile restaurant, and a picture of the sunset looking over a marina showing the big beautiful boats along with the great sunsets we have over the lake.
