Firefighter Softball and High School Soccer Tournaments to be Played Today
St. Clair Shores Firefigthers Local 1744 to hold their annual softball tournament today at Kyte Monroe Park. Eight high school teams will also take the field today for the annual South Lake Fall Classic.

St. Clair Shores will host two major sport tournaments this weekend.
The St. Clair Shores Firefighters, Local 1744, will be hosting their fourth softball tournament to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association and Jerry's Kids. The first pitch is at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Kyte Monore Park.
Also, the two-day South Lake Fall Classic soccer tournament kicks off at 9 a.m. Saturday at the school's soccer field. The two-day, round-robin tournament includes the Cesar Chavez Academy, Warren Woods Tower, Roseville, Center Line, Fitzgerald, Harper Woods, East Detroit and South Lake.
