Have Olympic fever and can't make it to London for the games?
There are a number of locations throughout the St. Clair Shores where residents and visitors can enjoy a taste of the games, workout like Olympians or find gear to prepare for the 2016 games.
In London, the beach volleyball events are held near the iconic Horse Guards Parade near the Prime Minister's residence. St. Clair Shores has a beach volleyball court also in a notable location, but it is not near the mayor's house.
The court is on the beach at Veterans Memorial Park, near the snack bar and with a full view of Lake St. Clair.
