Emagine Theatres Pulls Out of 12 Mile Location

Emagine Theatres terminated an option on property at the southeast corner of 12 Mile and Little Mack for a 12-screen theater complex.

Emagine Theatres is no longer looking to build a in St. Clair Shores, the company's founder and chairman confirmed Monday.

Paul A. Glantz, founder and chairman of Emagine Entertainment, Inc., told  that his company was looking to build a 12-screen complex at the southeast corner of 12 Mile and Little Mack.

But factors including the size of the parcel, parking and an existing oil change business, led the company to terminate the option on the property, he said.
