Domestic Dispute Leads to Stabbing

A 43-year-old St. Clair Shroes woman was arraigned in 40th District Court Tuesday on a charge of assault with intent to do great bodily harm for allegedly stabbing her boyfriend in the house they shared in the 21000 block of Erben.
Christine Holstine allegedly got in a dispute Sunday with her live-in boyfriend and stabbed him in the shoulder with a kitchen knife, according to St. Clair Shores Police Det. Gordon Carrier.
She is being held in the Macomb County Jail on $100,000 bond and is to have no contact with the victim. She has a pre-trial hearing March 12.
Her boyfriend, 42, remains hospitalized and will be charged with domestic violence, Carrier added.
