Comptency Exam for Murder Suspect Adjourned
A competency exam for a man charged in a 2012 fatal shooting in St. Clair Shores was adjourned Friday.
Viktor Shaholli, who is charged with first-degree murder and felony firearm, stands in 40th District Court during his arraignment in November.

A competency exam Friday in 40th District Court for Viktor Shaholli, who was charged in the Nov. 20, 2012, fatal shooting on Recreation Street, was adjourned.
Shaholli, a native of Albania who holds a green card, is charged with first-degree murder and felony firearm charges for the Nov. 20, 2012, fatal shooting of Dashamir Matjani on Recreation Street. His attorney, Timothy Barkovic, requested the adjournment to allow Shaholli to have an MRI.
A new date has not been set.
