Artwork by Lakeview High School Student to be Placed in the Capitol
A painting by Lakeview High School student Abby Lampron was selected to hang in the United States Capitol.

Lakeview High School student Abby Lampron recently received first place for her painting she did in her Kendall art class with Katie Schuur, according to Lakeview art teacher Keith Rayner.
Lampron received the honor from U.S. Congressman Sander Levin during a reception at the Rust Belt Market in Ferndale.
This summer Abby, will receive two tickets to Washington, DC, to attend the National Art Reception at the United States Capitol.
