Last Day to Pay Winter Tax Bills Sans Penalty
Yes it's Valentine's Day, but it's an important day for another reason. It's the last day to pay Winter 2010 tax bills without penalty, and it's also the last day to pay deferred summer 2010 tax bills without added fines.

The government in its usual illogical pattern gives you 2 1/2 months to pay the tiny bill but only two months to pay the monster bill. Logical government has got to be an oxymoron.
