Free Movie, The Lorax, at Veterans Memorial Park Friday, August 10th

The St. Clair Shores Cool City Committee is happy to announce Free Movies in the Park at Veterans Memorial Park located at Masonic and Jefferson.

The second movie scheduled for Friday August 10th is the 2012 version of The Lorax (rated PG). The movie starts about 9 pm (or when it is dark).  The movie is based on the classic children's book by Dr. Seuss and tells a very musical story about a once greedy Once-ler, a funny orange Lorax who speaks for the trees, and a boy who cares an awful lot.

The movie is FREE and the park is open to the general public after 6 pm. Children of all ages are welcome.

If it rains, there is no rain date scheduled.  The concession stand will be open during the movie and the Splash Zone is open until 8 pm.

Come join the fun and watch The Lorax on the big screen at beautiful Veterans Memorial Park at or about 9 pm on Friday, August 10th.

We promise no fishfly swarm this time!
