Free Movie Rescheduled, The Lorax, at Veterans Memorial Park Saturday, August 18th

The St. Clair Shores Cool City Committee is happy to announce Free Movies in the Park at Veterans Memorial Park located at Masonic and Jefferson.

The second movie (re)scheduled for August 18th is the 2012 version of The Lorax (rated PG). The movie starts about 9 pm (or when it is dark) and is based on the classic children's book by Dr. Seuss and tells a very musical story about a once greedy Once-ler, a funny orange Lorax who speaks for the trees, and a boy who cares an awful lot.

The movie is FREE and the park is open to the general public on Saturday, August 18th, for the Green Fair - enjoy the Green Fair from 11am to 6 pm then stay for the movie. Children of all ages are welcome.

Come join the fun and watch The Lorax on the big screen at beautiful Veterans Memorial Park at or about 9 pm on Saturday, August 18th.

Rescheduled due to rain on original date last Friday.
